The December 17, 2006 meeting of the Golden Triangle PC Club had a total of 20 Participants, including guests. 

The meeting was called to order at 2:30 PM by the president, Don Schoening. A brief (and positive) discussion on our new meeting location and time change, noting the generosity of Gander Mountain and the Assistant Manager - Operations, Ken Strassburger for the use of these facilities. 

The president then introduced the guest speaker, club member Claud Sibert, owner of SibertSoft Computer Programs, and turned the meeting over to Mr. Sibert for his presentation : HTML: Building Your Own Web Site. This was a great presentation with information of great value, showing us that HTML can be used and adapted with ease. Mr Sibert also gave a brief description of his business specialties and purpose. 

The president then made announcements of proposed upcoming events for 2007 as well as the mention of some new software updates availability for MicroSoft Vista. Our meeting for January 21,2007 will be on installing and using the new Vista operating system, presented by Greg Badeaux of NFO Technologies. 

The drawing for door prizes was held by Jerry McDaniel with Gregg Price winning a Gander Mountain gift card, Bob Finch winning “BackUp Now 4” software program,    Ric Johnson winning a digital camera, and John Mikeska winning a USB Flash Drive. 

The meeting was then adjourned at 4:10 PM
