Today’s meeting of the GTPCC
was held in Community Room of Howell Furniture, 6095 Folsom in Beaumont, Texas

Main presentation by Doug Hargraves from Barnes & Nobles on Digital Photography
Takes and edits pictures all on phone; iphone mostly, but sometimes android. (More apps
available for iPhone and interior pics better on iPhone)
Uses Dropbox, Evernote, SugarSync (faster uploading) and iCloud to save pics.
Uses all-in-one camera lens for phones ($60): wide angle, fisheye & macro.
Other accessories: Apps ($4 most expensive) & gorilla tripod ($30).
8 megapixel camera on phone.
HDR (high dynamic range) photography – use apps such as lensflare & lenslight,
photoblender, filter storm to look like a painting. People hardest to edit.
Also uses iPhoneography & iCamera HDR & eBook Iphone Art In My Life by Dewitt
Other apps discussed: Snapseed, Procamera, Topcamera, Torch, Rays, Fast Tap, Color
Splash, Camera 360.
For Android, uses Camera 360 & Camera Zoom FX apps.
At 3:55 pm: Announcements were made by our President
Club to sell desktop computer (with Windows 7) including wireless keyboard, wireless mouse plus projector with remote control and screen. See Jerry to make bid.
